Free delivery within 15 miles of 32746 (Heathrow/Lake Mary area). Outside that radius, delivery is $20 plus $1 per additional mile.

Delivery is to your driveway, garage, or first floor only. We do not carry items up or down stairs, or place them into a specific room. Please have your space ready to receive the piece upon arrival.

For buyers outside our local delivery area, we coordinate shipping through uShip. Once a piece is picked up by the carrier, transit liability transfers to the buyer.

Local pickup is available by appointment for both retail pieces and completed commission work, free of charge.

Your finished or purchased piece will be ready in our shop driveway at the scheduled time. This is curbside pickup only — please bring help to load and a suitable vehicle.

If we're picking up your piece for commission work, pickup is $20 plus $1 per additional mile, calculated from our studio. We'll meet you at your driveway only — we do not enter homes. Please have your piece brought outside and ready at the scheduled pickup time.
