These policies protect both parties and ensure every client receives the focused, high-quality experience they are investing in.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING :
All purchases from Retrodern are subject to the following terms. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies in full.

1. Purchases & Payments

• Where to Buy: Facebook Marketplace listings are advertisements for pieces available through our website, retrodern.com. These policies apply no matter where you found the item.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required on all ready-to-buy items at the time of purchase, or a 50% non-refundable deposit may be placed to hold an item (see Deposit Holds below). Approved payment plans count as full payment.
• Deposit Holds: A 50% non-refundable deposit holds an item for 5 days. The remaining balance is due in full at pickup or delivery within that 5-day window. If the balance is not paid within 5 days, the deposit is forfeited and the item may be resold. Verbal or written interest alone does not reserve a piece.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Zelle,  Exact Cash, and Shop Pay Installments.

Payment Plans (Shop Pay Installments)

• Payment plans are available at website checkout on eligible orders, subject to approval by Affirm, the lender.
• Eligibility, rates, down payment, and payment schedule are determined by Affirm and agreed between the buyer and Affirm. Retrodern is not the lender and does not set or collect installments.
• Orders must be between $50 and $20,000, with a US billing address and a Shop Pay account.
• Payment plan orders are paid at checkout and are not held with a deposit. Your piece is released after your order is approved and completed.
• Missed or late installments are between the buyer and Affirm and do not change or reverse the sale.

3. Pickup, Local Delivery & Storage

• Pickup Timeline: Pickup or delivery is required within 5 calendar days of purchase, deposit, or completion notification.
• Scheduling: 48-hour advance notice is required for all scheduled pickups. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.
• Local Delivery: Free within 15 miles of Heathrow and Lake Mary, FL. A quote is provided before purchase beyond that. Delivery is curbside, garage, or driveway only, ground floor only.
• Storage Fees: If a paid item or completed custom piece is not picked up within 5 days, a $75 per week storage fee begins on Day 6.
• Abandoned Property: Items unclaimed after 3 months are considered abandoned and will be resold. No refunds will be issued.

Two assumptions to check

• Hold window: I made the 5 days start when the deposit is paid, since your listings say “50% non-refundable deposit to hold, 5-day window.” Change this if you want the clock to start differently.
• Payment plans and deposits: I wrote that payment plan orders aren’t held with a deposit, because the buyer completes the whole purchase at checkout. If you want to allow a deposit hold before a payment plan checkout, say so and I’ll adjust.
