See the Difference

Real pieces, real transformations.

We're opening select slots for professional furniture refinishing — bring us a piece that deserves a second life, and we'll bring it back using the same premium process behind every Retrodern piece. This is refinishing, not flipping: state-of-the-art equipment, never a brush, never a cut corner. Degreasing, sealing, primer, and a true professional-grade coating using Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams Gallery Series.

Pricing

Pricing reflects professional-grade materials and process. Want something extra — a bolder finish, upgraded hardware, added detail work? Transformation upgrades are available on any piece for an additional fee, just let us know what you have in mind. Pieces with extensive damage will be reviewed and confirmed before work begins.

We currently do not accept tables, chairs, or previously painted pieces (unless factory-painted) for commission work.

Booking Policies

Booking & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your booking slot — no exceptions. Final payment is due immediately upon completion, before pickup or delivery is scheduled. Payments accepted via Zelle or exact cash.

Before You Drop Off

Please arrive with your piece clean and with all glass/mirrors removed. We'll assess the piece at intake — if damage is more extensive than discussed at booking, pricing may be revisited before work begins

Scope Limits

We do not repair drawers, doors, or drawer mechanisms. Some surface imperfections may remain visible after refinishing — this is the nature of vintage furniture, not a flaw in our work.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling a confirmed booking date may incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

Pickup of Completed Work

Pickup is due within 1 week of completion notice. 48-hour notice required. A $75/week storage fee applies after 2 weeks without arrangement. Items left beyond 3 months will be resold, with no refund issued.

Final Sale

All custom commission work is final — no refunds or returns once work is completed.

I saw the photos and had to see it in person, the craftsmanship was even better up close. Worth every dollar.

Her work is INCREDIBLE and she did an amazing job honoring the pieces and bringing them back to life. Excited to see what else she will refinish! I pray God continues to bless her and her family as she glorifies Him through her work. Praise the Lord!
